Company Genesis

NedX is a locally-owned venture born from a simple realization: we deserve better physical connectivity with Boulder amenities. While the concept took shape over talks with family and long-time NedHeads, the vision and name crystallized in late 2025.

In January, 2026 NedX moved from concept to execution. The rapid development of this innovative, hyper-local platform owes to the fact that the Nederland-to-Boulder gap was a problem hiding in plain sight. The resulting mobile logistics tool responds to the hurdles Nederlanders face every day.

NedX is built upon this first principle: Nederland can — and should — have superior logistical services that put remote, Boulder tasks within strategic reach, to meet the evolving dimensions of our alpine lifestyles in Ned.
