TERMS OF USE (CLIENT AGREEMENT)

NedX LLC ("We", “Company”)

1  Service Overview

Think of us as your on‑demand, remote, logistics concierge for important tasks, small parcels, food runs, and retail pick‑ups or drop-offs within our published Town of Nederland and City of Boulder zones. We drive, we coordinate, and we problem-solve when little entropies pop up. All of our core services are non‑taxable.

2  Who Can Use Our Services

Age: 18 +

ID: Valid government‑issued photo ID

Ownership: You must own the items or have written permission from the owner.

Bookings must be made by the person who owns or is authorized to move the items.

3  Booking & Payment

How: Request a pickup via the website (or other approved, backup channels).

When: Payment is collected once your task is accomplished—either in person at the drop‑off point or electronically once the task is marked complete.

Price: Displayed up front; it’s nonnegotiable.

4  Cancellations

Cancel anytime—no fee, no penalty, no drama. If a driver is already en route on your behalf then we’ll let you know the modest mileage/service cost and add it to your next booking.

5  Liability & Insurance (really brief)

Auto coverage: Commercial auto policy meeting Colorado legal minimums.

Cargo coverage: Up to the amount shown on your receipt.

Beyond that: We are not liable for undeclared, uninsurable, or excluded items.

We are not responsible for delays caused by forces beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather).

6  Prohibited Items

We do not transport items over 50 lbs or larger than a normal-sized packing box, hazardous materials, leaky parcels even when sealed, firearms, explosives, perishable items that require deep-freeze (or specialized transportation), delicate or technical items that may not survive the drive, live animals, or anything illegal under U.S. law. Attempting to ship such items ends the service immediately and may involve law enforcement and legal action.

7  Your Responsibilities (Conduct)

Provide accurate pick-up and drop‑off addresses.

Pack items securely and honestly declare weight, dimensions, and contents.

Provide for retailers any needed authorization to pick-up for you, as well as the required QR codes or other task-critical information.

Willful misrepresentation or disrespectfulness could lead to refusal of service. Obviously.

8  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Colorado law governs these terms. Any dispute will be heard in Boulder County courts.

9  Changes to These Terms

We may update the Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on the website. Continuing to use the service after the posting means you accept the changes.

10  ACCEPTANCE
